🔧 About the Role

As a production operator, you are essential to the heart of our factory. You work with your hands, in a close-knit team, on products that truly matter. You’ll fill molds with our growing material, move products in large carts, and ensure everything is clean, orderly, and ready on time for families.

Your tasks include:

• Filling molds with mycelium (our living material)

• Moving products through different growth stages

• Checking quality and working hygienically

• Packing and preparing orders for shipment

• Keeping the workspace clean and tidy according to clear guidelines

• Collaborating, taking initiative, and enjoying varied tasks

We’ll make sure you start strong. You’ll get guidance, structure, and a warm welcome:

Monday - welcome, tour & first training
Tuesday - learn how to fill molds and move products
Wednesday - quality control and hygiene procedures
Thursday - work independently with support
Friday - team lunch and celebration of your first week 🎉

• 📅 You’re available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays – our fixed production days
